She was very informative and extremely responsive to the hundreds of questions that we had. Our home is in the process of being built and Tyler has been sending us weekly videos and updates which is awesome. We greatly appreciate all of Karen and Tyler’s expertise, assistance and professionalism.

Tyler, our project manager, sent us videos regularly to show us the progress being made. He was outstanding in not only keeping us informed, but was so helpful with addressing any issues we had quickly and professionally. It is nice to have to have a personal contact person when buying into a big development.

We built with NVR at Stone Harbor Lakes and had a million questions. We set and also received clear communication from Jason Sollenberger in the sales office. We were fully supported from pre-construction with Doug Gilbert all the way through to the finish with our site manager Tyler Joslin. Every single week we rec’d a video update inside and outside. Our questions, comments or concerns were promptly addressed the very same day as requested. If I had to point out who made this process easier than imagined it is these three people! He took the time necessary to answer all of our questions and really knows his stuff! My Husband and I couldn’t be happier, the craftsmanship really blew us away! TOP NOTCH all the way from meeting the Sales Rep, Susan Miller, to seeing the finished product! We are thrilled with the entire experience and can’t wait until move in day!
