Very quiet neighborhood and all the residents are very friendly. Agnes, the office manager was incredibly helpful throughout the application and move in process. And continues to be just a phone call away for any questions that we've had. The few minor maintenance issues that we've had Dexter, the maintenance technician has resolved quickly and he has gone out of his way to make sure we were satisfied. We can definitely see ourselves making this our home for some time to come.

- NANikole AngeloneJan 14, 20221.0Since the new owners took over the end of 2020 everything went downhill. Maintenance requests are submitted through the web and go unanswered for months. They have raised our rent over $200 in less than 2 years as well. There used to be a waiting list to live here and now there are empty units everywhere, and a lot of neighbors are all unhappy and looking to leave. Sad because we have been happy here for years. And there’s trash everywhere, all over the property. They have left dangerous items such as ladders on my lawn for weeks when I have a toddler. Total disregard for residents. *****Also the great reviews are from 2020 and before when the previous owners were still here and they were the best. Unfortunately the new owners get to keep all their good ratings. Only pay attention to reviews after 2020. The people who work here are writing themselves 5 star reviews. What a joke. Rent goes up this year rent is increasing 300/month for old outdated apartments. Maintenance is terrible. Good luck getting anything fixed in under 3 months.
