- NSNelson SJul 8, 20255.0We moved in last week and so far so good. The building is clean, secured and the apartments are in good shape. Upon the move in, we did report a few issues that needed to be changed or addressed and they immediately acted on it. Our building maintenance guy Gustavo is the man! He is so kind and always willing to help. He is absolute a gem. Lastly, property manager Ms Myrial is simply the BEST. Since day one at the tour, she made us feel at ease and welcomed. Time to time, I stop by her office just to say hi because it is always great time talking with her. 10/10 would recommend this place.

My husband and I both work in corporate roles (big tech and pharma companies), yet management had significant trouble verifying our employment—even after we provided extensive personal information, including pay stubs, bank account access, an employer letters, and more. They sent us a lease to sign, but after we returned it, they voided the lease and claimed they still needed additional documentation to verify our employment because we had both been on parental leave for the past two months. Their unprofessional approach wasted two weeks of our time and caused unnecessary stress. Be cautious and have a backup plan. I recommend exploring other apartment complexes in the area with more professional and tenant-friendly management.

- ALAbby LynchSep 1, 20215.0Lived here for 6 months during a transition to another state. I absolutely loved it and would totally stay longer! My only suggestion is if you like quiet, I would get a place facing the parking lot or liberty street. Broad st gets very loud.
