- BZBradley ZobelDec 15, 20251.04 years of construction with the same dirt mound views. HOA community but they do nothing besides cut the grass. Neighborhood is not kept up with nor safe for the kids to be playing Kids have no playground built at 3 years of living here They do not clean the sidewalks after snow it’s up to you to do it yourself Apartment complex from across the street parks in the community blocking traffic for the ones who actually live here
