From the moment we walked into the model home back in December, Chrissy was AMAZING! She is so fun, personable and extremely informative and knowledgeable as well! Chrissy took the time to get to know us and listened to our wants and needs and has gone above and beyond to make sure that we are getting exactly what we want! On top of all of that her communication is top notch. She never lets and email or text go unanswered. I can't stress enough how great she is! I am a real estate agent myself, so I understand what it takes to be in the business and she is doing everything that an agent should do and more! :) Our home is still being built right now, but I just had to leave a review because of how great our experience has been thus far. The construction manager, Dan, has been very informative and responsive as well. He has kept us updated on the progress throughout the entire process. Even when there wasn't anything "exciting" happening, Dan still kept us in the know. We can't wait to move in and are very confident that the rest of the build and transaction will run smoothly.

When I got to Ryan Homes, Chrissy met me on short notice and we had an instant connection (Jersey connections, lots of laughs). She showed me a few different models and I really got the feeling that the community was one that I wanted to live in. I flew back the next day, put a down payment on a unit that day and was under contract two days later. I can’t say enough about how amazing Chrissy and her whole team have been through the entire process. I’m excited to move into the cedar Creek community this summer so I can be closer to home and build a community of friends. Chrissy is an 11 out of 10 in terms of a teammate navigating you through the purchasing process I would recommend purchasing through her any day.
