  My Husband and I can't say enough good things about our experience. Our sales rep, Chrissy was fantastic. She was knowledgeable, attentive, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend her to anyone in the market for a new home and looking to go with Ryan Homes!

  I flew in from Richmond, Virginia, not expecting to pull the trigger on a place quite yet. I was more looking to find areas that I may want to move to. When I got to Ryan Homes, Chrissy met me on short notice and we had an instant connection (Jersey connections, lots of laughs). She showed me a few different models and I really got the feeling that the community was one that I wanted to live in. I flew back the next day, put a down payment on a unit that day and was under contract two days later. I can’t say enough about how amazing Chrissy and her whole team have been through the entire process. I’m excited to move into the cedar Creek community this summer so I can be closer to home and build a community of friends. Chrissy is an 11 out of 10 in terms of a teammate navigating you through the purchasing process I would recommend purchasing through her any day.

  I couldn't be more thrilled with my new home, thanks to Dana and her team. Dana's professionalism, patience, and ability to make me feel comfortable throughout the process was outstanding. Her expertise and genuine care made what could have been a stressful experience feel seamless. I also want to highlight Dan, whom I understand is the project manager (or foreman) responsible for the construction of the units. I appreciate how he takes the time to listen attentively to my concerns and needs. He goes the extra mile to ensure I am a happy customer, clearly understanding that customer service is paramount. I highly recommend Dana and her team to anyone looking for exceptional real estate services!
