    I wish I had seen the last review before we signed the lease it would've totally changed our minds. $300 yearly rent increase is insane. I agree with the reviews that state management doesn't answer phone calls. They say we owe a balance but we've sent a check in about a week ago and are supposed to pick up keys for the apartment. Now we received an email stating we owe for 1st month, the deposit and other fees. How is this possible? Why are we allowed to pick up keys if we didn't pay? Now we've been trying to call and email to get this rectified and to no avail. No one answers the phone! It's Wednesday why is there no one to answer. Manny the maintenance man that my partner has been in touch with has been phenomenal thus far but I don't think we should be reaching out to him regarding rent. I really wish we saw that last review because it would've really changed our minds.

    The ONLY silver lining about this apartment building is MANNY, our new maintenance manager. He has taken over the building after they fired Martin, who was an atrocious handyman and person. I know Manny is trying very hard to fix both buildings and he has my appreciation and gratitude. Otherwise, I wouldn't give ANY stars. The carpeted hallways are filthy and smelly and it affects my asthma EVERY time I come home. The property managers do NOT alert you, if someone that is potentially dangerous, is around hanging out on the property. There are many unlocked doors, no security cameras in the hallways, no security person in or around the building, poor security cameras when they ARE installed, an unsecured package room that is LITERALLY IN THE LOBBY and if there is a REAL emergency, the telephone in the elevator is INOPERABLE and the emergency phones in the lobby are BROKEN! On TOP of that, they hike up the rent every year by $300. With all of the terrible things around here, this should be a SHELTER! AND if you NEED help, the property manager comes in when he wants to and lies about when he does. It took me 4 months to get a new key fob for the new intercom/security system which took a YEAR to get installed!! If you're looking for a safe, clean apartment building, LOOK ELSEWHERE!

    Our maintenance technician, Manny was incredibly professional and responsive—he explained the issue clearly, fixed it promptly, and even offered to replace an old pipe that wasn’t part of the original request. His friendly attitude and proactive approach truly impressed us. After two years here, he’s by far the best super we’ve had. Kudos to you, Manny!

    I recently had maintenance work done. Manny, the superintendent was extremely professional and courteous. He completed the work very quickly. Excellent, stress and delay free experience. He’s the best super they’ve had by far.

    I want to give a huge thank you to Manny, our maintenance technician, for going above and beyond to help me with my new apartment. When I first moved in, the unit was in really poor condition and clearly hadn’t been properly maintained or prepared for move-in. It was an incredibly stressful situation, but Manny stepped in right away and made a huge difference. He has been responsive, professional, and genuinely caring throughout the entire process. From fixing major issues to handling the small details, Manny has worked hard to get my apartment back into livable condition. I truly appreciate his dedication and the pride he takes in his work. Thanks to him, I finally feel like I’m settling into a place I can call home. Thank you, Manny — your help has meant more than you know!
