  We recently looked at an apartment at Bridgepoint and were very impressed with the quality and cleanliness of the property in general. The apartments shown to us were as noted in advertisements. The leasing agent, Xavier Sylvers, showed us around and helped us while we considered the apartment. He is very courteous and forthcoming about the details of the property, costs and process. While we ultimately decided not to rent there, we would recommend it to consider for anyone in their search for apartments in Bayonne.

  I had a great experience touring today thanks to Xavier! He was incredibly informative, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I felt comfortable and well-informed about everything. His professionalism and friendly attitude really stood out. I truly appreciate the effort he put into making the tour such a positive experience. Highly recommend working with him!

  Normally I won’t leave reviews but this needs to be said. There was a time I was dissatisfied with both leasing and maintenance here at Bridgepoint and really believed I wouldn’t be staying any longer but When Manny came on board it all started turning around and like other people here I’m thankful for his hard work and dedication because it’s a breath of fresh air. Personally I was waiting for a new washer for almost 4 months in September he checked it out and changed something and it was good as new in less than a half hour which amazed me because his predecessor told me it couldn’t be repaired on top of his skills, He’s courteous, professional and is always willing to go the extra mile no matter the issue. We’ve come to count on him for all of our needs here and I’ve talked this over many time with other people here we really don’t know how he does it daily, I’ve seen him work till almost sunrise then be back with working with gusto at 8 in the morning no complaints even though all of us know he’s tired he doesn’t complain and still he says good morning have a great day with a smile and we truly appreciate his work and helpful behavior. I just hope he knows we all see what he does and are thankful for all he does.

  I really couldn't believe it when it was asked if anyone heard about the recent review while conversing with some neighbors while smoking spoke ill of Manny from the maintenance department, I've been here going on four years and ive never seen this building have a more professional and motivated individual in maintenance, He's the first one that actually cares about what's best for the problem resolution and takes amazing pride in his work as you can tell from the fact he performs the work correctly the first time so there is no second time. Now I know many other community members have noticed and talked about it he doesn't stop until the works complete and we've all seen him start early morning and finish well into the late hours of the night. He also was performing multiple rolls here for months and I personally can't understanding how he was doing repairs while handling lease renewals, showing apartments and handling all the big personalities here but he does it. When he did my neighbors and my renewals we left the office feeling like he really had our best interest at heart and we've been grateful for all he does as are almost all other community members so maybe he's not the villain of your story but you should ask IF he was curt with me what did I do first before making baseless claims. Manny I don't know if you read these but please know you're very much appreciated and loved here.

  My experience with management at Bridgepoint, particularly with Manny, has been extremely unprofessional and frustrating. There were instances of unexpected visits to my unit at late hours, which felt intrusive and poorly handled. Communication overall has been disorganized, with the leasing office frequently unavailable and phone lines not working when trying to resolve matters. When I was finally able to speak with Manny, the interaction was handled in an unprofessional and elevated tone rather than providing any real assistance. I also found it concerning that notices were posted at the front entrance of the building, visible to all residents, rather than being handled more privately. Overall, the lack of professionalism, communication, and respect for tenant boundaries made what should be straightforward processes unnecessarily difficult. I would strongly encourage anyone considering signing at Bridgepoint to take this into account.
