Between our real estate dealsl and our experiences here in our association, I have dealt with many empoyees of management companies. Our experience recently working on an issue here at our association with Linda Malborn was impressive. There were a lot of delivery times and changes Linda had to deal with for a dishwasher being delivered for an owner who could not be here to let them in. My husband Rich, who has access to the lock box agreed to let them in the unit. Days of the delivery not being here at the alloted time and days and hours changing sooo many times. Linda had to arrange and rearrange things so many times!!! Communicating with everyone she even worked on a Saturday on her own time to coordinate things. She was so patient and so professional with all involved. On top of everything.!!! We give Linda A+ and 5 stars!!! P.S. We are all hoping for tomorrow morning. LOL!!
