  We interviewed several of the top real estate agents in the Portsmouth / Seacoast NH area, and the Nina Fee Realty Team—Nina and Amanda—stood out immediately. From the start, we just knew this was going to be a good fit. Their communication was clear, responsive, and easy. Because we were relocating from California, we often needed to connect outside of typical hours, and they were always available and quick to respond. Just as importantly, they consistently followed through on everything they said they would do, which gave us a strong sense of trust throughout the process. Even though we were somewhat vague about our ideal location and budget, they quickly understood what we were looking for and helped guide us in the right direction. Their deep local knowledge and strong network of resources were invaluable, especially since we were completely new to the area. Most importantly, we always felt confident with their knowledge and abilities throughout the entire process.

  I worked with Nina to become a homeowner for the first time, and I truly could not have asked for a better experience. Twenty years ago, when I first moved to the Seacoast, her professionalism and expertise helped us secure a beautiful home at a very fair price. Throughout that process, my family's needs were always her top priority. She ensured everything went smoothly and was always available to answer our questions. Nina also did a wonderful job guiding my daughter through her first home purchase several years ago. She introduced her to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac government assistance programs, which saved her thousands of dollars. Her extensive experience led my daughter to the perfect condo. As we are now preparing to downsize and potentially build a retirement home, Nina has shown great patience while guiding us through the options in the current market.
