  We moved here in 2023 and have had only wonderful experiences! The staff are friendly and personable, and communicate regularly about updates, maintenance and community events. I use the on-site gym regularly, and there is a decent variety of equipment. The clubhouse has nice amenities that you can reserve for private parties (for a fee) and everything is kept clean and organized. Our building always has sufficient parking and our apartment itself looks exactly like the pictures - definitely recommend if you want a clean, bright, beautiful and friendly community to call home!

  Easily made a deposit well prior to lease start, had zero issues with move in, and when I needed the door lock adjusted, received a swift repair from the maintenance team. Location is perfect to the highway, and price is solid.

  Just to be clear. This is a beautiful property however if in fact you put a deposit down to hold an apartment be ready if you’re denied. It’s a chore to get a refund.
