- PNPeter NSep 12, 20255.0I've been renting in the US for the past 12 years, including the last 2 in Residences at Manchester Place. It is by far the best place for me. The maintenance team is the top tier, I had a few requests during my stay and all of it were addressed within 48 hours. The front desk team is also very helpful and nice, from the day I moved in, to the day I moved out, it was a great experience. The location is right next to downtown in the nicer part of Elm Street, so it's safe and walkable to also everything. The building is in a good condition. It's always quiet in my apartment. I once went away for a week and forgot to fully close the door, came back and everything was still the same. Very safe. They also have a whole building just for parking, so you won't need to clean the snow during winter. Also, this is the only place that refunded a part of my deposit when I moved out. I appreciate the transparent process. Definitely will stay here again, if I ever move back to Manchester in the future.
- MFmateo fariaJun 9, 20255.0At first glance the building outside is immaculate, the inside is a whole another ball game. Personal gym access, movie theater access, and community of amazing people around you. Also the I 93 south is really access from the building.

All of the maitnence works are always around the property making sure everything looks great. Our dog Frank loved them so much. It was wonderful living right on Elm street where we would go for walks to walk to dinner every week. The large windows in the rooms provide great lighting and it is so cozy. I have never had an apartment complex treat us like family in the past. Only reason we are moving is due to work. Thanks for everything Allyssa, Nancy + Team!

Pros: Significantly walkable Pet friendly Workout room with a good variety of machines Covered, secure parking Quiet apartments (I've only heard my neighbors when walking through the halls) Consistent hot water Big windows for lots of natural light (huge perk for me - I'm basically a houseplant) Friendly, helpful, responsive staff (maintenance included) Secure package room that's typically well organized Apartment building is well maintained Convenient garbage chute Cons: Due to the location (near Bridge St) the loud vehicles/motorcycles can be obnoxious Basically everything that is within the building management's ability to control, is done really well.
