  I've been renting in the US for the past 12 years, including the last 2 in Residences at Manchester Place. It is by far the best place for me. The maintenance team is the top tier, I had a few requests during my stay and all of it were addressed within 48 hours. The front desk team is also very helpful and nice, from the day I moved in, to the day I moved out, it was a great experience. The location is right next to downtown in the nicer part of Elm Street, so it's safe and walkable to also everything. The building is in a good condition. It's always quiet in my apartment. I once went away for a week and forgot to fully close the door, came back and everything was still the same. Very safe. They also have a whole building just for parking, so you won't need to clean the snow during winter. Also, this is the only place that refunded a part of my deposit when I moved out. I appreciate the transparent process. Definitely will stay here again, if I ever move back to Manchester in the future.

  DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! We had a leak for over 6 months and were told "we can't do anything until Spring", including never cleaning up the puddles of water (there could mold under the carpet because who knows how long it was leaking before we moved in). Took 3 tries for them to actually seal what was leaking, and lots of arguing with property management to fix what we told them was leaking from our first maintenance request. Told us the contractor would be there one day, no show, then woken up early in the morning the following day that they were there to do work, a complete violation of our right to 24 hours of notice before entry. Fire alarms constantly go off without any actual fire or reason for it to go off, I lost count at 8 times (also overheard the fire department say the next time it happens there will be a fine, then it occurred another 3 times after that). Water constantly shut off without warning, lost count at 6 times. The PMs boast about the LuxerOne package system, then send an email that "it's not their job to log packages into the system". I had over 5 packages stolen or lost while living here. PMs cannot communicate, including the work being done on the garage limiting the parking spaces (they even blocked the garage entrance/exit one day without warning, blocking cars from getting in or out). Oh and here is a picture of a mouse I found in the lobby one day! The PMs do not maintain the premises, they only fix things when broken. They also decided to put dozens of car fresheners on the vents, I am not kidding it was way overkill, just get the HVAC systems cleaned, don't cover the scent.. This is by no means a luxury apartment. The PMs just don't know what they're doing, nor do they know how to work with the residents. When they finally sealed the windows, the contractor told us the windows could not get wet for 24 hours, yet the window cleaning was scheduled for the next day. I told the PMs about this and their response was "I don't think it will affect it". Suddenly the window cleaning did not happen! Did they tell the residents when it will be rescheduled? Nope! Just woken up early in the morning to someone climbing my windows.
