- DDDana DMar 29, 20221.0How does a large apartment building like this not even provide proper trash/recycling disposal? The ONLY option is the stuff stuff into a kitchen sized trash bag that needs to fit down a shoot. When asked what I’m supposed to do with broken down boxes i got a blank stare like I’m sorry what? Large deliveries like furniture literally get turned away by the guy downstairs. And don’t get me started on the actual condition of the building/units. Don’t waste your money!

These people still haven't refunded my $500 deposit that I gave when I applied for the apartment that they denied me for after she had stated in the email that they would give it back if they didn't accept my application. They said they mailed me a check but it's been over 1 month and have gotten nothing and when I call no one calls me back and Samantha never reply back to my emails after she had accused me of threatening her when I never did. Will be calling them to small claims court or will contact my bank to see if I can dispute it. Save your self the troubles and apply somewhere else for apartments.

I have never liked living in an aprartment but this was like going on vacation and not having to go home! Samatha is awesome to work with and the maintenance staff immediately addressed any concerns I had and were also very friendly. We had met at least 5 neigbors at the end of our first moving day. Super pet friendly with a nice brand new dog area. Best move we could have made!
- MJMitch JarzabekSep 5, 20195.0We just moved in last week and can not say enough about how helpful Sam was throughout the entire process from touring multiple units and answering the many questions we had as well as helping to work through submitting handicap accessible requests. Whenever we had any questions Sam would get back to us very quickly with an answer or if it required more research she would let us know. We look forward to living here as the apartments are very spacious as well as very close to highway which helps with commuting to work. (Edit was fixing a typo)
