  I have lived here at Carisbrooke Apartments for about three years now, and I truly love it. Appliances are of a great quality and they look brand new. The space is comfortable and immediately feels like home the moment you walk in. Whether relaxing alone or hosting friends, the apartment provides a warm and welcoming environment. One of the standout features of Carisbrooke Apartments is how well maintained the property is. Whenever maintenance is needed, request are addressed promptly and with professionalism. Johnathan, John and Theresa make an exceptional team. Their dedication and skills are a great asset. Jonathan demonstrates genuine pride in keeping Carisbrooke in top condition. He is very approachable and responsive to residents needs, always handling any situations that arise with speed and professionalism. Is clear that Jonathan’s priorities are the safety, happiness and overall the wellbeing of every resident. His commitment and care are greatly appreciated. The location of Carisbrooke Apartments is a major advantage. Being close to a variety of shops, restaurants and essential services makes daily life convenient and efficient. Everything you need is within easy reach, adding to the overall appeal of living here. Overall, Carisbrooke apartments offer a wonderful blend of comfort, convenience, and quality. I would absolutely recommend this community to anyone searching for a reliable, enjoyable, and truly homelike loving environment.

  I lived in this community for 5 years and LOVED my time there. It was definitely the nicest apartment home for me and my dogs. When I Initially moved to Manchester, the majority of the tenants were elderly couples - but with rising rent prices the tenants have completely turned over to become a community of young families and/or roommate type situations. The change has made the building a lot busier, louder and messier. Despite this change - Maintenance (John and Theresa) have swiftly addressed any building repairs, apartment repairs and cleaned up the remnants of weekend parties - they honestly have more work to do now; than 3 years ago (ehem! give them a raise!!!). Their work helped keep this apartment home and community just as lovely as it was on day 1. When I received the rent renewal for 2024, the increase no longer made it cost-effective to stay in NH. So, I made the difficult decision to move to MA; and, closer to the BOS airport (My job has changed, requiring significant air travel. Unfortunately MHT isn't ideal). I will always remember my home at 180 Woodbury street with a special fondness - because it was a great place to live.

  My partner and I have lived here for over a year now and we love it! The location is great and we love not having to worry about street parking or finding a spot.. the parking lot is huge! Jonathan is super helpful and quick to get back to my partner and I with any questions/concerns. Maintenance is also very friendly and always on top of things here.. the building itself is very quiet and well maintained with spacious floor plans.

  Do not rent here....They just stole 500.00 deposit from me for a apartment they refused to let me see before signing a lease in full. The manager K****a is unfit for her job title and should be removed. This property manager refused to let see any models before signing a lease. She also lied to me on the phone and said we could come see a model before owning any money at all.

  We just moved in last week and can not say enough about how helpful Sam was throughout the entire process from touring multiple units and answering the many questions we had as well as helping to work through submitting handicap accessible requests. Whenever we had any questions Sam would get back to us very quickly with an answer or if it required more research she would let us know. We look forward to living here as the apartments are very spacious as well as very close to highway which helps with commuting to work. (Edit was fixing a typo)
