    Wonderful community. We lived here for two years, and we loved every day of it. Very responsive, caring management team (Thank you, Dina!). Nice amenities (our kids loved the pool). Quiet surroundings with neighbors who all respect each other and work together to try to get along. It's safe area, with well lit grounds. We talked many nights and never felt any apprehension. Units are spacious with basements that offer lots a storage and versatility. Excellent choice for a two unit rental in Hooksett!

    The apartments are beautiful. Neighbors are quiet. Only complaint I have is that picking up after your dog is NOT enforced AT ALL. There is dog poop EVERYWHERE. I’ve stepped in it numerous times walking to my car. They let their dog mess in front of other people’s decks and surrounding areas of each others space with no disregard. It’s disgusting. My fear is that in the Spring and Summer we will not be able to grill and enjoy a beautiful day because of all the dog mess. It looks nasty and will smell even nastier in the heat. I don’t even want to have people over because it’s embarrassing. Hopefully it is enforced more once the nice weather is here and the grounds are being taken care of. We shall see. Honestly, I would not have moved here if I knew how much of a problem it was with people being this ignorant.

    The apartments are decent and most of the neighbors are nice, however the rent goes up every year by at least $100.00 and no repairs/updates are ever done. It seems they drive out the good, long term tenants so they can charge much more rent for new people moving in. Only good for short-term stay, maybe a year or two. Can't afford to stay much longer, cost of rent is just ridiculous and they even started charging for water/sewer so absolutely nothing included. And despite the MUCH higher rent prices, the grounds are not kept up anymore and dog feces everywhere!
