Despite multiple formal requests to be removed from their mailing list, they have failed to honor my 'unsubscribe' demands, which is a clear violation of standard business practices and the CAN-SPAM Act. The fact that they are now emailing me to ask for a positive review—while simultaneously ignoring my repeated requests for basic data privacy—speaks volumes about their administrative disorganization. If they cannot manage a simple email list or honor a basic removal request, I would be very concerned about their ability to manage a property or handle sensitive tenant/owner information. Prospective clients should be aware of these poor business practices and their disregard for communication boundaries."
