Review: Regarding Evergreen Management,
Leanna Anderson our property manager at Hillside Village, West Boylston, MA
I am very happy we have Leanna A.
working with our condo association. She is a very competent, resourceful, manager who always answers questions and concerns in a timely pleasant and efficient manner. She never seems like your problems are a bother to her.
We just had our Annual Condo Association. Meeting the other night - it was handled very professionally and pleasantly. Leanna works so well with our board members, this gives us a feeling of confidence that they are on top of everything! This makes it easier to accept the condo fees will go up again this year!!
I feel fortunate to be part of this community!
Thank you.

Donna has been very helpful in addressing quite a few administrative items and a few issues. I appreciate her timely and professional assistance. A pleasure to deal with in person, on the phone or by email. Keep up the good job Donna !!
I have tried to call four times now to update a deed and provide a death certificate. They either put me with a woman who speaks such broken English that you can’t even understand her email address. Or they give you to somebody where it always goes to a voicemail and you never get a phone call back. It has been over two weeks now still have never returned a phone call back to me to let me know if they have been received or just send me the rules and regulations. If you’re supposed to be managing the property, why are you doing such a terrible job?

If I could give a negative Five star review I would. They took over the Keene Court Street condos. I have never had such terrible customer service. I received a pet violation with no pictures or proof that it was even my dog. They completely ignore issues and any sort of emergencies. We had a neighbor threaten us and our lives as it was their dog in our yard (we have cameras in the front and back) and still charges us with no proof. Mind you I have had a pet violation in the past that I did take accountability for and paid as they did send pictures, but they never sent pictures with the “ First pet violation” So I’m not sure why I was charged. Karla Benjamin had told the neighbors that it was us that reported to them (because it was their dog caught on camera) which seems to go against confidentiality due to the harassment we had to call the police. I tried to contact the emergency line. They said I would get an answer back within 30 minutes as our lives were threaded due to Karla’s negligent choice by releasing our names and confidentiality to the neighbors. I had called three more times with the operater saying, Karla will call me back in 30 minutes as she was the one on call. I then didn’t get an answer after calling back 3 more time. Not only did I not get a call back or even an apology. Weeks later I then got an email from Karla saying it sounds like a neighbor dispute. It was a neighbor dispute because she went against confidentiality and told them our names and who reported. I then got a $300 bill in my account for calling the emergency line which seems super illegal. I’m unsure what the $315 condo fees go to as they do the bare minimum of cleaning up the condo during just about any season. A few years ago, there was a big storm and trees landed in the yard. Nothing was done about it until weeks later. I am curious if anyone else gets charged for wanting to discuss issues? I genuinely believe that they are targeting me and borderline bullying me for calling them out on issues that they cause. As I have seen in a few other reviews…They don’t care about their tenants, they just want your money. I never had any issues with the old owners of the court Lisa and Judy they were angels. I never once have seen these people come around and see the property for themselves or introduce themselves Lisa and Judy were there every single day making sure the court was kept up to date and super friendly with their tenants. It’s crazy to me that people that are writing these poor reviews are getting a response. I guess just come on here and write a review and you can email someone but I’m sure that’s just a scam as well. Evergreen management seems to lack accountability and gives off a very shady and sneaky persona. Sad and disgusting behavior by most. If you can avoid speaking to Karla Benjamin, I would not- She will never reply to you in any sort of professional manner and will never take accountability for her actions. Trust me you’re wasting your time. I guess I’ll wait for my “ Sorry to hear this Hanna you can email us” as if I didn’t do that 100 other times. Look in to this management before owning or renting a condo from them.

When I was board member last year during the transition to Evergreen, Leanna was very instrumental in ensuring a smooth transition from Briggs & continues to support our property at the highest level of competence.
Leanna's leadership on identifying a super landscape contrator for our property & coordinating smooth operations this "snow season" is highly appreciated by many residents on the property. Her effort, dedication & timely response has been a huge source of stability for services we are getting on many fronts.
A huge thank you to everyone on team Evergreen for coming together to meet the needs of our property. The smooth operations is a testament to your hard work!"
A huge thank you to our "snow" contractor!!!!
Icing on the cake....they are cleaning our decks too! (all those immigrant workers). Special appreciation.
I hope we can the same service in spring & summer too.
