Things went so smoothly, for so long, that some of the duller tools in the shed started wondering if EMG did anything at all. The condo board decided to switch to a new PMC basically overnight, with no notice or transparency. It has been an unmitigated disaster. EMG’s integrity, professionalism, competence, and clear communications are sorely missed.
