  They ignore you. Person keeps parking in my spot , asked managment to tell them to move they were there for over a week before they moved, I updated my request and then they said it was resolved 2 minutes later. The person was there durring a winter storm, my spot was covered in ice and after they left was covered in large chunks of frozen snow so I had difficulty parking there, they park in my spot a lot and I don't get home until late at night. And they still take my spot that has my home number on it. Managment refuses to even answer my messages on the official board. I just want to be able to park in my own spot. I started with please and thank you but when they have been in my spot a combined 1 month and managment just does nothing I have lost my patience.

  As a Condo owner and Senior Citizen residing in Jefferson, Ma. I would like to everyone know that the Management staff @ Evergreen are awesome !

  I am a board member of our condo association and at my retirement I was the director of maintenance of a very large privately owned section 8 age restricted apartment building. I understand property management and all the pitfalls that comes with the territory. Working with John Gustin, Donna Bettez, and Linda Malbon has been a pleasure. I realize they have other entities that they manage and their timely response to my inquiries and their professionalism makes it feel like we are their only client.
