I attached pictures of the email the management sent out about paying more money or get rid of pool and I attached pictures of a similar complex in Manchester that had pool and a hoa fee of 288… something isn’t adding up. You know what the difference is? Management company I looked into the comparison condo management… please look at my attached pics you can see the basically the same condo with pool is $288 and evergreen is trying to charge $400 and get ride of pool… oh I been complaining about the landscaping crew the hire and look at how the treated our yard this year and charge us 400 a month to hire half working people? I complain they don’t do their job right, now they said I’m not allowed to contact them. 😂 Sorry I scare you by telling you to do your job correct! THEY COMMENT SAYING EMAIL CUSTOMER SERVICE SOMEONE WILL CONTACT YOU? I have nobody fixed my problem! We live 599 feet from a bike trail and no bike racks they don’t care they take your money and do nothing with it please don’t use this company I added a before and after pictures of bad management building 35 is just one explain i I added you could put a whole collage together but I don’t have time

As someone who works in communications, I greatly appreciate her well articulated communication with residents, her timeliness and dedication to both the Board and Association. I truly hope she's here for as long as I am!!!
- EBErik BishopOct 21, 20251.0Doing laundry is not an emergency for anyone, whatsoever, no matter what jobs they have, no matter how demanding their schedule is. Their emergency line decided this, when they decided that they cannot send someone over to refill their laundry cards in the morning for tenants who might be new but stuck moving on a busy schedule. Just be aware, if you are a landlord, they might not be a reliable management group to make your clients feel cared about.
