  Just move in here as the last resort, the office staff is really nice to get you to sign the lease now here’s some things no one tells you if you were in a two bedroom don’t expect the heater or the AC to either warm or cool that room at all. The meanest does the bare minimum if anything and they do it after you send email over email threatening not to pay rent if I could just get out of this complex I would but unfortunately for me steal more months in the lease agreement run don’t walk away from here 0 out of 10. Since I can’t relay to your message, how a I supposed to get in contact with ?

  I think the Vanderbilt is a great community. I’ve been a resident with Richdale for almost 5 years now. The office staff is friendly whether you go in or call. Things get taken care of quickly. The amenities offered are amazing for the price. Overall, highly recommend.
