- OTONLY IN GOD I TRUSTOct 29, 20251.0I've come away feeling quite disappointed with how things runs in this place. My main concern revolves around the 'income restricted' opportunities that were advertised. As a low-income family, we were really hopeful that this would be a viable option for us. However, in practice, it felt like there was a significant disconnect between what was presented and the actual process or treatment received. It left me feeling as though the initial information might have been a bit misleading. Furthermore, I was under the impression that there would be more support or a willingness to work collaboratively with applicants in our situation. Unfortunately, that wasn't my experience, and it's quite a letdown when expectations aren't met. I genuinely believe there's room for improvement in clarifying these aspects for future applicants.

Their staff for maintenance stays low. Work orders piled up, no maintenance being done. They charge $100 for EVERYTHING! They do not return calls. You must call back to back or show up to their office. The swimming pool wasn't opened until August. Which ended up being pointless to even open. Dominium does nothing about complaints. They had to be threatened with my attorney for them to return my call or reply to an email. Save yourself the headache that comes with living at Cherry hills.
