  Rachael is an amazing Realtor. We first met her when we bought our house several years ago. That was an amazing experience. We had a couple issues, none of which were her fault but 100% of were solved by her!! Flash forward, when we found out we were moving out of state we didn't even need to discuss it, we knew we would be hiring Rachael again. We did and I'm so glad we did. Don't ever sell your house in one state while living in another BUT if you have to.....HIRE Rachael Walker. It seemed like whatever could go wrong did but Rachael went above and beyond owning things for us and getting things done that we could not since we were 600 miles away. She did so much that is outside the scope of what one could reasonably ask a realtor to do. And we didn't even have to ask, she volunteered. Big or small she did it all. Huh, that should be her slogan or tag line...lol. She met with us about 6 months out to discuss what needed to be done before we listed the house and then again 3 months out. Once we left town she helped us find and hire a cleaner, which she never did let us reimburse her for. She hired a great photographer, who took realistic but amazing photos of our house. We asked to avoid those false perspective shots that leave people disappointed when they see the house in real life. It paid off because the house sold in 4 days. Once the sale was pending she met my sister and got her a key, recommended and hired two couple different contractors on our behalf for items the buyer asked for and was even prepared to go to battle with an unruly contractor that had gone radio silent on us right when we left town. This took a lot of stress off of us and every time we started to fret, she would assure us everything would work out and indeed, she was right! Everything worked out, was completed prior to close and the close took place as scheduled. I cannot stress this enough. If you pick any realtor besides Rachael Walker you are making a grave error!!!

  Rachael is not only an amazing Realtor, but just an all around awesome human. She helped us buy our dream home in 2020 and went above and beyond all of our expectations. Even though it's been a couple of years, she still helps us with recommendations for services needed for our home. We cannot recommend her enough!

  Rachel was awesome in helping us sell our home and purchase a new one. She knows all the ins and outs of buying and selling and knows the correct people to have an inspection completed properly.

  First time buyer, she was extremely knowledgeable, patient, diligent, and always gave her honest opinions. She went to bat for us against a less than friendly seller to make sure we weren't taken advantage of and had incredible communication throughout the entire process. We were well looked after in her capable hands, definitely would recommend her!
