- TWTerra WilliamsDec 26, 20241.0I wouldn’t recommend. Long story short if you or a family member have health issues don’t move here. The residents are messy the hallways are nasty parking lots look like a mechanic shop kids run through the halls and any issues you have will not be addressed. There cops are often called. Drug use is heavy and request for maintenance issues are slow to non existent.if you have a complaint it forget it it will not be investigated. If you’re looking for a quiet peaceful environment this is not it! The rent price is not worth the residency!
- TSTammie SheppardMar 28, 20231.0I applied to Pine Tree and and was accepted but then could not take the apartment because my voucher did not cover rent after I ported over. I was then denied. Four to Five weeks later I have yet to see my $99 deposit and they no longer return my calls! Now that my voucher was raised they tell me they are no longer taking applications but they are still showing available apartments online! Lots of them!
