  Brandon the leasing agent in the office was so incredibly helpful! I am a first time apartment solo hunter, and was met with absolute grace and respect. Brandon helped every step of the way and really made it an easy choice without trying, to move here. I signed the lease and I look forward to the wonderful management that truely stood apart from other properties.

  We have the best experience with our maintenance person. Eddie has been very good, and we never have to wait long or call back after he does the work. I have been super impressed and very happy with how he has worked with us. complaints about the downtown safety issues are fair. it’s just part of the city I guess.

  I got a call from the manager Chole saying I was approved for the studio for $985 I was excited and she said she will send over the lease to sign. I had put on my application January 1st move in but Chloe said they only do live ins on Fridays if she can move it for January 2nd I said yes no big deal. Why last night I get an email saying I was denied? Like what? I had already signed the lease and everything how am I denied. I had already contacted the other apartments I had scheduled for and cancelled them because I was told I can move in January 2nd. I called this morning and spoke to the manager Chole who called me and told me I was approved. She said at the bottom of the denial it will tell me why I was denied. But that’s not the point. The point is you called me and told me I was approved. CHOLE SAID APPROVED! She said my application was approved which makes sense right so that’s why you send me the lease. But if everything wasn’t back because she said my background wasn’t approved which again don’t make sense to me on why you called me and told me I was approved and sent the lease if everything didn’t come back approved. This is very unprofessional, a big set back, and depressing. You don’t know what situation a person is going through and then to get a call saying you were a approved for the apartment and then get email later on saying your denied is not ok. If this is the process you guys have it needs to be changed. Is this even legal???
