  Avoid this place at all costs unless you enjoy having appliances that don’t work. This place has serious plumbing and water issues that consistently ignored by management.

  I do not live here, but my mom just signed a lease. I must say, Debbie in UW is a sweetheart and Arielle in the main office is also nice. You can hear Debbie's smile when you speak with her. Although Arielle was unable to fully answer some of my questions, so she made sure to let me know that, and she directed me where I can be better assisted. All in all, all the women here sound so pleasant, and I'm grateful that my mom was able to find a cozy spot to live with management as kind and understanding as them. Thank you.

  Worst complex I’ve ever lived in. The office never answers calls and when you go in person they are always unhelpful. There is never parking and they will tow your car under ANY circumstance they can for a quick money grab. I’ve had MULTIPLE plumbing issues and they take forever to fix it. My patio lock was stuck with my key in the lock for over 2 weeks before they fixed it as well so safety is also not a concern.

  Someone walks around the apartment complex and breaks into cars. I’ve reached out to management but there are no cameras to catch who it is

  Paper thin walls; Snakes in washer.. If you really want to get to know your neighbors VERY WELL, and become in tune with wildlife, you really need to move to Breckenridge Apartments! The following are my experiences at this property.. The walls are so paper thin, that I could not only hear my neighbors conversations, but could hear their sexual activities as well. If you're a perve, you would likely love Breckenridge Apartments. Also, if you love wildlife, you can enjoy it INSIDE your apartment at Breckenridge Apartments. On at least a couple of occasions, birds found their way inside my apartment. AND...one day I went in to start a load of laundry in my utility room, and found a lovely brown and black snake on the top of the open tub of my washer. How did he get there? I have no earthly idea. This, along with horrendous customer service, can all be yours, at Breckenridge Apartments. Invariably whenever I called the office, it would go right into voice mail. And...over the time I lived there, on at least 10 different occasions, they tried to charge me a late fee for late rent, even though I dropped the rent check off on the 5th of the month. Oh, and one last thing, and the most incredibly irritating thing of my entire time there.. My next door neighbor would blast his music all night and all day. One weekend I counted roughly 42 straight hours of loud music or TV...and they WOULD NOT evict the guy!! He did this all the time, regardless of how many times people would complain. And I was at the other end of the hall. The people in the adjacent apartments hated the guy worse than I did. And the company WOULD NOT evict him. He was there probably a year and a half before they finally got rid of him. So, all of this, and more, can be yours at Breckenridge Apartments, in Omaha, NE, if you want constant noise from neighbors (due to extremely thin walls) and abuse from management, due to lack of taking action against noisy neighbors.
