  We lived here for a year, and while the community transitioned to Asset Living during our stay, we saw no improvement in service. I would not recommend living here. Safety 1. We had three bullets fly through our apartment. Management’s response was a casual "sorry, that never happens" and "we can't believe that happened" and they only patched the holes after we specifically asked for it. 2. The "secure entry gates" were a primary reason we moved here, but they broke early on and were eventually removed entirely. No cameras or additional staff were added to compensate for the loss of security. 3. Each unit has a security system, but we were warned by neighbors that they frequently malfunction, and use requires an extra monthly fee. Maintenance & Upkeep 1. Maintenance is incredibly slow. In one instance, two entire floors of residents complained about a building alarm ringing all night after an electrical shortage; it still took 10+ hours to resolve for our apartment. 2. Breezeways are unkempt, with warped wood from weather damage and broken non-slip treads that create a tripping hazard. 3. We noted holes in our window screens upon move-in. We were told they’d be fixed by summer, but it never happened. Move-In & Move-Out Nightmares Move-In: They "forgot" our move-in date, making us wait over two hours for keys. Despite having it in writing that we would have new appliances, they weren't installed. They sat in the breezeway for a week because staff lost the key to our unit. Move-Out: I scheduled a final walkthrough, but nobody showed up after a two-hour wait. Despite deep-cleaning the carpets ourselves, they charged us for a professional cleaning. They also charged us for the broken screens (which were damaged before we moved in) and for painting a door that was already scheduled for a complex-wide maintenance update.

  My furnace works one day and then it shuts down at night and it gets cold in here and then it kicks on the next day

  The maintenance staff of Autumn Grove is some of the kindest and hardest working people around. I couldn’t be happier with them!

  Since the Lund company has been out of the equation, management had been much much better! They are very responsive and happy to help. A much needed change

  The staff and property have been so great! Our apartment is beautiful and the grounds are well taken care of. I love that we have monthly resident activities we can participate in and the office staff is the best!
