- NNNikkiNov 10, 20255.0I’ve been here for seven months and really enjoy it. It’s super quiet and I feel really safe. The apartment is spacious. It might not be the most up-to-date, but it’s not by any means old by any means. The front desk always answers my calls and addresses my concerns maintenance has been great too. I had a clogged sink and they came out took care of it. I have not informed them of this, but the paint in the closet does chip off, which is annoying, but overall for me, the comfortability and safety I feel is worth the cost.

- MDMari DelToralJun 4, 20251.0Most reviews about lack of communication with the front desk people are true, I had a hard time getting information when I was approved I asked about appliances and about what I would pay for the half month when moving in, Michelle Grubbs was contradicting and stopped replying my emails after I asked why was I getting pet fees for the first moths one of 15. dollars and other of 150. one time pet fee if I don't even have a pet and stated so on my application. Any way I just took the loss of 210. for submitting my app but fid not go threw with the lease once I saw unreasonable charges to be made.
