  I lived here for a year while I attended college near by. It was convenient for a college student, all the residents were nice. I didn't have any issues during my time here. Chico was always willing to lend a hand if a resident needed help and happy!

  We moved to the Yard October 2024, and we absolutely love it! We are living our BEST life here. The amenities we have here are more than we ever imagined we would have. We love the young people who live here. They bring a vibe that keeps us feeling young. For the most part, we are a family here, even though a few take advantage of the beautiful complex we have, and don’t always do their part of keeping it up (like putting cardboard down the trash chute and plugging it up!) That is just needless and unnecessary extra work for Chico! Chico does an amazing job here, we love him! He is friendly and considerate to everyone and has always been so attentive to any issues we have had. He goes above and beyond as the maintenance person here. We’ve had a couple issues with our billing the last couple months. We were charged for 2 parking spots in the garage when we only have one vehicle. It was remedied but still annoying. We would highly recommend the Yard, and are so excited for the new restaurant to open.

  I REALLY LOVE OUR PROPERTY MANAGER 🩷👍 She is TOTALLY 100% I am always in her office with questions as She helps me and answers all my questions with a Smile on her face ! She does not hesitate to help me when she is busy! I just have to say Thank You for being YOU!!

  My experience learning about 1415 @ the Yard was a great experience. I am really impressed with the property manager, Danyell, who took the time to visit our campus and educate students on housing opportunities at 1415 @ the Yard. She was not only informative but welcoming. I’d recommend student to work with Danyell to find their next downtown home.

  Since moving in July 2025, I have enjoyed the amenities that the Yard offers, and I have enjoyed some of the staff that works here in the building. I’ve enjoyed the simple fact of the convenience it is for work for myself due to the demanding of the hospitality world. But since living here the past few months, the staff specifically the New property manager, and a few others have not been consistent what I Needed help with on what i need to know and from what I'm being told. I have tried to contact upper management have got nothing in return. I have tried to contact the property manager per email and have got nothing in return. It’s been over a week. At this point in time, I believe I will not resign with the Yard due to the circumstances. Wouldn't rent unless you want someone to over look you and be too busy for your time and act like its a inconvenience for them to talk to you about the issue at hand. If you have any questions go see the office lady (Jamize) she is good as shes the one that i signed with. and (Chico) the maint guy goes out his way to say hi and will have a Conversation even if he's busy.
