- WGWilliam Gustafson2 days ago1.0I tried to schedule an appointment to come see an apartment. I got the appointment but then when I get here the intercom doesn’t work and you can’t contact the number without the stupid answering machine will not be going here

Danyell has been the biggest help through this whole thing and I couldn't be more thankful! The building is clean & it makes me feel really safe that the entrances and elevators are secure. I love the area, I love my unit, I love the staff. Everything about this apartment building is five stars! (:

Her attentiveness to my moving situation for work and what I need was amazing. If I relocate to Omaha it's definitely going to be an easy choice thanks to her!
- JZJoseph ZiegenhornSep 30, 20255.0I’ve called 1415 home for the past three years, and it’s been a great spot—downtown rent is competitive, amenities are solid, and the staff genuinely care about the residents. A big part of that is Chico, who leads maintenance. He’s quick to respond, always on top of any repair, and just an all-around great person. He goes above and beyond to make sure things are taken care of, does it with kindness, energy, and a personal touch. Always has the best interest of residents in mind.
- TTTylerApr 23, 20251.0Horrible place to live the maintenance guy doesn’t fix nothing and is extremely disrespectful. Tried telling me my ac doesn’t work cuz it’s 100 degrees outside but the neighbors and every other floors ac works great. Let’s be logical here.
