  Terrible. Definitely moving once my lease is up! There is no effort from adm in cultivating the sense of community in the building. Management is always changing with no consistency, extra fees used for none since and despite the good interior looking the thiner walls is disturbing. Couple months ago many people were able to hear and in certain occasions feel the base of music playing from two to three floors away while it was going for hours and passing 11pm during the week day disturbing those who have to be up early. Report were made but no explanation or reach out from the adm on what the consequences were or which measures were taken. how administration will complain about having more than your car inside of your own parking spot and not work on sharing what a respectful community would be. Yes a large percentage is college students but at least try to remind people respect others personal space.

  I am so sad to say anything bad about this place because I truly did love my experience here. I have noticed a significant decline in hospitality since Lane left, our old property manager. The only reason I feel like I have the right to comment on this, I go down to print my parking pass for school everyday and I always try to say hi! I have never really gotten a response back, or she just isn’t there. It makes me a little sad, but I understand maybe not everyone wants to interact in the morning. The walls are also a little thin, but I actually knew that before going into the building. It’s not bad but if you have noisy neighbors it might be. I’ve been so lucky with all the other staff and have had really great interactions with the other people living in the building. Overall, I am sad to leave a less than stellar review, I do love this place and will always consider it home.

  I lived here for a year while I attended college near by. It was convenient for a college student, all the residents were nice. I didn't have any issues during my time here. Chico was always willing to lend a hand if a resident needed help and happy!

  We moved to the Yard October 2024, and we absolutely love it! We are living our BEST life here. The amenities we have here are more than we ever imagined we would have. We love the young people who live here. They bring a vibe that keeps us feeling young. For the most part, we are a family here, even though a few take advantage of the beautiful complex we have, and don’t always do their part of keeping it up (like putting cardboard down the trash chute and plugging it up!) That is just needless and unnecessary extra work for Chico! Chico does an amazing job here, we love him! He is friendly and considerate to everyone and has always been so attentive to any issues we have had. He goes above and beyond as the maintenance person here. We’ve had a couple issues with our billing the last couple months. We were charged for 2 parking spots in the garage when we only have one vehicle. It was remedied but still annoying. We would highly recommend the Yard, and are so excited for the new restaurant to open.
