We are moving from an apartment complex that was pretty expensive and now we are getting more square footage for less rent with the same amenities. Reid, our leasing agent has been so helpful with our needs and accommodations as we needed a few things such as an ada toilet installed. While we did pay for the toilet, it was installed within a few days after they received it. Also anytime we asked a question, Reid always got back to us in a timely manner. We are looking forward to living at the Donovan. The loft apartment is like having two apartments in one. You are able to have your own space if you want to yet still share time with your roommate when you want to. We would definitely recommend contacting Reid if you're looking to move to at nice affordable apt with great amenities.
