- WCWarm ColeslawJan 28, 20261.0Moved in, serious carpet damage, shoddy electrical work, washer and dryer issues, the windows absolutely not sealed at all, this place was absolutely not quality checked before they rented it out. Every time I try to call the leasing office I get filtered off to some off-site call b center "The on site person will call you" neve happens, 3 for 3. To top it all off their parking situation is rigged to force you to rent a garage ($85) or walk all the way across the complex in freezing weather if you get home any time after dark in the winter. They seem more interested in getting people towed that come home late in -10° weather and (safely) park in areas not designated for parking (the people who could be more pressured into renting a garage) as opposed to the people who manage to park without their windshield stickers
