I absolutely love living here. The staff are always friendly and make me feel welcome. Any problems that come up (and they’re bound to since it’s not a new complex) are handled right away with a smile. I recommend living here to anyone.
These apartments might be a little dated, but they’re so roomy and clean. I enjoy the weight room and the pool was fun over the summer. Their customer Service is prompt and friendly. I hope to stay here for many years to come!

Lock your car and bring your purse inside because there is someone going around checking handles on the weekends. Also, sometimes there are homeless people sleeping behind the garages

Worst place I've ever lived. The maintenance men dont have a clue how to even do their job. They like to put a band aid on problems instead of actually fixing the problem causing it to happen again. The office staff have no clue what's going on 99 percent of the time and are super unfriendly. I've been without air for over a week currently. On top of having about 50 plus flies in my apartment Friday because they didnt fix my sliding glass door last year like they said they did. And do you think I'll get anything off my rent for ten days of no air and a fly infestation? Absolutely not. Not to mention when I first moved in I signed up for a second floor apartment and was given a third floor apartment with the refrigerator and stove in the living room as my movers and I walked in. Therefore I had to settle for a first floor apartment that hadn't even been cleaned yet. I've never seen such disorganized, incompetent, rude people at an apartment complex. Dont even waste your money.
Forced to Lincoln because of grad school. Let it be known that I will not be renewing my lease for next year. Maintenance staff is super sketchy, the leasing office is very unprofessional. I have walked in there on numerous occasions with all of them huddled around a table in the main lobby. Rooms are dark and depressing; hardly any light in the hallways as well.
I feel stupid for deciding to move here but with a lack of premium housing around the east campus, I thought this was the best bet. Leave it to say if this is the best place then Lincoln is literally the biggest Sh++ Ho++ in the Midwest.
The staff is nice enough, but super fake. They are kids and have no idea how to conduct business. They deal with a bunch of kids too so this makes sort of sense. Still, be warned if you like to think of yourself as beyond the college/white trash/Mexican garbage phase of your life. This place is super, super sketchy. A few weeks back I woke up and saw a bunch of graffiti spray painted all over the trash bins and electrical boxes outside. 4 weeks later and the electrical box has still not been painted over.
Take note. Any apartment service that leaves their garbage barrels in the middle of the parking lot is not a place you want to be. Don't go to Lions Gate either. Same thing. Same company.
I would suggest moving downtown into one of the new developments put up. If you can't afford that then get a roommate because this is not a place for the soon-to-be professional attending class on the east campus.
