    My friends and I were looking to get an apartment near the university as we attend as students. Our tour guide Sailor was very informative and had a great personality. The tour ran on time and everything was in oder for us to view the unit. Sailor was also able to give us realistic and helpful advice for our situation since she had been in our shoes before which helped relive some of our worries walking in. Overall great experience!

    Unfortunately, we did not choose this property due to personal reasons. But I do want to say that Ava did an amazing job of showing my husband and I the properties that would fit us best and explaining to us how the properties are laid out and worked. She was a huge help and so kind!

    This place is great! The prices are good, lots of amenities, maintenance is quick and the location is perfect! Definitely the best apartment I’ve lived in.

    I recommend living at Latitude. Leasing for a reasonably good price in the middle of downtown, with good amenities for students. A short walk to campus, and it has a lot of good food spots within a short walk.
