  I have happily lived here for 10 years but the new management is terrible. They reach out through text but then don't respond. I have paid on time every month for the entire time I've lived here, I keep my apt nice, there have never been any complaints. I just renewed my lease and forgot to update the increased amount. They refused to waive the late fee because its a "shared responsibility". So apparently my history doesn't mean anything and they would rather try to sneak in these charges. They have an app that is fully capable of sending a notification saying that you have an outstanding balance, but dont have it enabled. Apparently they would rather try to milk the tenants with late fees.

  I have lived in this apartment for years and things were great until recently when it went under new management. Everything is messed up, they can't seem to be able to figure out any of the systems the apartment complex had been using. I have gotten various emails and messages, containing false information notifying me of package deliveries, unpaid bills, or apparently having no insurance, which I had to clarify with them and they were able to verify that I have renters insurance and I pay my bills on time, but still it was very stressful. Most recently my vehicle was towed from the parking lot while I had my parking sticker correctly displayed and was parked in a correct parking space yet was made to pay over $200. When attempting to bring up these issues and my concerns to the management I was provided with entirely defensive excuses, very little apology, no attempt to make amends, and simply told "well I hope that doesn't happen again". No need to hope because that is just ridiculous, this has just been too much now, and I'll be looking for another complex which could assure me of resolutions rather than "hoping" they don't continuously try to screw me over or something. And I suggest anyone reading this to do the same, it just isn't worth the stress to have a nicer looking apartment but completely careless and disorganized management.

  In all my years of living in Lincoln; this place is the nicest, coziest, well kept, clean, honest, there for, and kind to their tenants and establishment I've lived at. Maintenance is quick, and efficient. They take pride in what they do, and you could not ask for better landlords to do the job. The landladies make you feel like family, and a million bucks. If I ever have to relocate again, this is my top choice. Thank you for all that you did Kristin, Ashley, and co. You were amazing, and I hope more people choose here to see why.

  This is a fantastic apartment complex. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful and knew me by name from the first day I started living there. Would recommend Gate Park to anyone!
