  The 1 star is for the convenient location to the freeways, stores and everything Omaha has to offer along with several extremely nice neighbors. The units are very nice looking until you move in and then you start to realize that the building quality is not as expected. Extremely thin walls & you can hear everything from your neighbors ( I was told that there was soundproofing for shared walls but there isn’t and many times I have to wear noise canceling headphones to go to bed), neighbors that think that they can have a rock band set up, mediocre insulation & many spots where I have exterior air coming through baseboards & outlets (IR thermometer registers 54 degrees), oven doesn’t work properly, bedrooms get extremely cold & I have to run space heaters (my electric bill for my tiny place was over $200) and a host of other items that I’ve had to deal with since moving in, some serious in nature but was made to feel discounted. the gym is nice but extremely small for the size that the complex will be once completed. You can fit a max of 5-6 people & the community will be over 200 units. As one of the first renters who moved in, I understand that there are going to be construction issues. However, the past 6 months have been a series of one thing after another which has caused a tremendous amount of stress living here. I’ve communicated extensively with leasing and the regional manager and when issues weren’t being resolved I wrote to corporate. No one from corporate could take the time to respond to my email or call me. Instead, it was relegated via email from the Manager that there are no unresolved issues with my unit. I’ve lived in a lot of rental buildings throughout the year, across large metro areas, of which all were newer construction and never have I had to deal with so many problems, including managements response to residents concerns. There are several others who moved in early on, that have had similar experiences as I have and are exploring potentially moving out prior to the lease end date. Be sure to ask a LOT of questions before making a decision. This is just my experience and others may not have the same situation as I do.

  I’ve lived at Sagebrook for a while now and have had a consistently good experience. The community is quiet, well maintained, and the staff has always been helpful and respectful.

  The townhomes here are beautiful! From what I viewed, there is a floor plan that fits any need. Iris and Shannon were extremely professional and awesome with helping me find the right home for my family. Sagebrook is a great place to call home!

  This is a great new community with amazing staff! The available floorplans are beautiful and spacious and the perfect place to call home.

  Great location and brand new! Love the townhomes with the double garage and large living room. Highly recommend!
