  As a first time home buyer, I found working with Daniel to be a great match. We had met or talked to some other realtors but felt Daniel was our best fit. He was always quick to respond to any questions we had and helped make sure we understand everything. When looking at homes he did not try to push any house for a quick sell but instead kept in mind what we were looking for and helped point out any issues in the home or things to keep in mind if we did choose the house. He also was great at recommending house for us to look at that matched what we wanted and some that were a bit different to figure out what we truly wanted. Once we found the house we liked he helped explain all the paper work and walked us through the process. Placing an offer was less nerve racking with his support. He even knew our loan officer that we had picked before finding a Realtor which made us feel more confident in his connections and work in Kearney. He handled negotiations with the seller professionally and got to closing with little stress. Overall we found Daniel to be a great match for us and would recommend his business to anyone looking for a home.

  Purchasing my new home was a lot simpler than I had anticipated due to the help of Daniel Novoa. He made sure to ask me what was important to me before the search started. He did a great job of finding options for that I would have otherwise missed. Daniel was patient with me while we saw houses in several different areas till I found something I really wanted.
