- KMKelsey MladyMar 24, 20262.0My husband and I have lived here for a little over a year now and we were excited to move in. Staff are friendly and the move in process was easy. Matinence staff are also very friendly and very prompt when you need something fixed. I will say the window in our bedroom wasn't sealed correctly and when it would rain, water would come in through the window and soak the carpet. I put a matinence request in and the gentleman said nothing was wrong with the window and there was no leaks. That night it rained again and I put a towel in front of the window to catch any water. I woke up the next morning and the towel was dripping wet with rainwater. I would say there is a leak. I will also say there is a LOT of dog shit. It states in the lease that owners are required to pick up after their pets and they do not. I have stepped in dog shit more than once and I cant go off the sidewalks by my building without having to watch my every step because there is so much old and new dog crap. The entire yard in back of my apartment building is covered with dog feces. My husband and I just got a puppy and its really frustrating when I go let my puppy outside to go potty and step in someone else's dog shit. 😑 I have put in a complaint before and the poop was picked up, unfortunately within a month it was right back to how it was before. I dont usually hear my neighbors when inside my apartment unless they are being very loud so thats nice. There is quite a bit of trash all over on the grass. I dont know if people are littering or if its from the dumpsters. Just gross. Overall its alright.

We have never had to wait more than a day for a maintenance request. A lot of times it’s the same day! The grounds are kept nice and clean and the security cameras are a plus. I have never stayed at an apartment more than a year and I’ve been here going on 5 years. Highly recommend! Pro tip: keep an eye out for an end unit! More windows and bigger 🙂
