Honestly, horrible apartments. You can hear everything from every neighbor, full conversations. The hallways are always dirty, we have GUM on our stairs in the hall. They never give security deposit back, and i’ve had many many friends live here and none of us got it back, yet all of our apartments seemed perfect. If you have a pet, they will automatically charge you carpet replacement, even if it has zero staining or smells. Bad experience, wouldn’t come back or recommend

Very nice property managers! They helped my husband and I with questions we had and they walked us with every step with the application to moving in day! Definitely love the environment and how cozy the apartment looks! Love how it’s modern and comfortable!

Not a resident of these apartments but I was considering when I viewed online my first thoughts were that it was spacious and nice appliances... But after speaking to Makenzie and she actually being the person to give me the tours; I'm glad I asked questions and went another route. I seen a few other comments mention prejudice behavior I would like to add Makenzie gave me two tours total the first tour was a 1 bed 1 bath first floor and she told me that was going for $1,250 monthly website says $1,149.... No mistake made because she looked at something on her phone when giving me answers and stated this multiple times. Through text at this point I continued asking questions and her colleague responded with another amount that did not align with what Makenzie was telling me when I stated I toured with MacKenzie, that person then stated that they didn't have the answers and that they will get me in touch with MacKenzie - McKenzie then changed what she told me before and stated the 1 bed 1 bath 1st floor is $1,166 monthly I asked about the third floor I viewed and she stated $1,212 monthly I text and asked was the website not updated and or correct and she went around my question and just stated the "1st floor is 1,166 and the third floor is $ 1,142 sorry for the confusion" this is not the first time I've experienced this nor hearing about black people or people of color being given a(n) higher rent amount... it definitely isn't a mistake when you give me two in person tours and you give a totally different amount then what you say through text, when you're basically told on by your colleague. Not ok why should anyone have to go through that. Makenzie gave me the tours but did not give me any information about the amenities nor about the apartments itself until I asked or besides what was online - a very unwelcoming experience... Rejection is most times God's protection so glad I did not lease. Attachment below isn't the whole conversation just part.
