  Keep in mind that this is a brand-new construction, and with that can come delays, holds, and the occasional unforeseen issue — both for tenants and management. That said, Samantha and Tina have been nothing short of professional, responsive, and truly great to work with. This community is located near some of the top schools in the state (and even the nation), making it a fantastic area for families. I’ve seen firsthand the effort Samantha and Tina put into communicating updates and finding solutions when timing or logistics became challenging. They genuinely care about the residents and take pride in managing this new property. Even when there were delays, they always presented thoughtful options and made sure we were taken care of. The community itself is shaping up beautifully — friendly neighbors, family- and pet-friendly atmosphere, and an overall great environment to call home. If you can be a little patient while everything comes together, you’ll find that Aerie Blue Sage is truly a wonderful place to live.   *Edited - Samantha, the property manager, has now further worked with us and is fixing our November rental costs and has fixed past costs of rent that was overcharged. It was explained to us that there was a lack of communication with their new accountant. We hope that this review and our complaints will further help with better communication within their team and to tenants. We hope that upper management will improve and there will no longer be any extra under the table costs that they throw into there. We are thankful that Samantha advocates for us and has been trying to make our time here better. After months of problems living here, Aerie Blue Sage issued us an $1,800 credit back in September. While we didn’t feel that fully covered all the inconveniences we experienced, we appreciated what seemed like an attempt at accountability. Now, on November 1st, we suddenly owe an extra $600 on our rent. When we called to ask why, management said the $1,800 credit was for three weeks without sod at $600 per week. They’ve decided it was actually only two weeks without sod, so they’re taking $600 back. There was no communication about the added on $600, and we had to find out by logging into our rent portal. We had to call them and ask them ourselves. This kind of backtracking and poor communication sums up our entire experience here. It’s also worth noting that there are multiple five star reviews here from their staff. This is the worst renting experience I’ve ever had. While I used to tell people this will be a great community once the construction is over, I take that back. It’s not worth the frustration and lack of accountability to live here at any point.

  Very frustrated with my experience living here. I moved in a couple months ago and things I was told would be finished on the cottage the weekend I moved in still have not been done. I had an incident where I wasn’t given 24 hour notice on someone coming into the apartment for inspection. I told the leasing office “no” they do not have my permission to come in since my kitten wasn’t put away. I come home to find someone had came in anyways and left the front door unlocked for who knows how many hours. I have sent multiple emails and have called multiple times and have not heard back from anyone about the situation.

  We absolutely love our new home and can’t wait to see the neighbor hood when complete. Samantha and Tina are fabulous to work with, and were patient and kind through move in delays! Maintenance has been fantastic. We have had very small minor issues that they fixed immediately. Trent and Gabe are so kind, nice and great with my dogs. Though it’s still been under construction, these places are well built. I’ve never been disturbed by noise. The delays in construction and finishing sod were very slow and inconvenient. That falls on the general contractor, not Aerie Blue Sage. We are excited to live here for many years to come. Out 3 bed 2.5 bath is absolutely stunning with high end cabinets and lighting. It truly is a beautiful home. Our dogs love their newly finished fenced backyard.
