- BBBailey BurkenpasFeb 17, 20261.0Don’t recommend. We have lived here 2 years and only the last 8 months have we had repeated issues, lack of communication, up charges on utilities and more. Since new ownership, management team and all other staff this summer- it’s only gone downhill. Tenets shouldn’t have to contact regional management to be heard or get a small amount of response/improvement. On top of all that, you get scammed on utilities randomly. We average $55-75 each month and since the take over we have had 2 months of extreme pricing (it was always consistent before new management) for no reason and they won’t do a thing about it. Completely chaotic and unreasonable for the price we pay. Avoid it! ALL of the positive reviews are for people and company no longer there.

If you need to look at Kia’s job just look at eagles landing, night and day difference. If I was looking for a place to rent this wouldn’t even be a option
- AEAsia EvansonJan 23, 20261.0I really enjoyed living in this community when Kia was here, but since Kia has left, I would not recommend these apartments to anyone. The cleanliness is almost non existent anymore. There’s spilled stuff and garbage everywhere that never gets cleaned up. Attentiveness has fallen downhill with every other aspect of living here. They can’t keep any help and the office is closed quite a bit. They have tons of system glitches all the time that mess up payments and utilities. Overall not enjoyable to live here anymore especially for the cost.
