- LRLinda RoseJan 22, 20245.0Our maintenance guy Jake is AMAZING! FIVE STARS FOR JAKE DONT CUT IT HE DESERVES AT LEAT A 20 STAR RATING! Jake ALWAYS goes up and beyond what he has to. He is a straight up friendly and funny guy. Always willing to lend a hand even to something that doesn't pertain to his job. Things such a moving something for you quick. I fall a lot an!! if I fell while Jake was here, Jake wouldn't hesitate to help me get up and make sure I was ok!!! I would be extremely disappointed if someone other than Jake would show up at my door for a maintenance call!! Keep it up Jake we love ya! 😉
