  I like living in the Shadows of the Bay, nice complex they do a nice job with maintenance etc and it’s chill. But one was the windows which they cleaned I think they listened to me!! But overall I’d recommend Shadow Bay due to its location and nice apartments. I mess with the Bay of Shadows heavy

  I worked with Mirada and she was great! She was flexible with tour times and provided super helpful insight on the location and the property. Management was transparent through the application process and the leasing process.

  Jacob was amazing!!! Fixed everything I needed and set up appointments to get other items fixed!!

  They dont take care of there units anything happens you have to take care of it even though we already pay rent and the owner should fix issues and me and my wife recently lost our new born son and have been trying to get back to work and get bills caught up so I was 2 weeks late from a 2 month notice of moving out so now I am told I have to stay for an additional month.. not happy with how they manage anything plus they make you pay 75 dollars to have your dog tested for if you don't pick up the poop but yet there is poop everywhere so they take your money and then leave it at that. I can't wait to be out of here. Will not recommend to anybody.
