But one was the windows which they cleaned I think they listened to me!! But overall I’d recommend Shadow Bay due to its location and nice apartments. I mess with the Bay of Shadows heavy

They’re larger apartments with plenty of storage, nice sized garage space, and the option for upgraded appliances. Special shout-out to our maintenance guy Jacob, who’s always friendly and professional. He’s also on top of work orders and will resolve the issue as quickly as possible whether it’s plumbing or heating.

Id give 6 stars to the maintenance department if I could. Place is also great! More space, cabinets, and amenities than I’ve had in years for many hundreds of dollars less. Love it.

- BSBlake SpicerApr 13, 20183.0I've lived here for 2 years. The place has gone downhill over the past 2 years. The management seems shady and unfriendly. The the new residents that move in is what's making this place trashy. First off, residents don't pick up after their pets. It's really gross to see dog droppings all over the grass around the apartment. Lastly the parking is a joke. Everyone has a garage, but it seems like nobody uses it. Almost every night between all 4 buildings, every single parking spot gets taken. Many vehicles sit in the lot for weeks and don't move. It is very frustrating for having guests over and having no place for them to park.
