- ASAbbie SmithFeb 21, 20195.0Lived here for a year and loved it! The assigned underground parking is almost worth it in its self. We had a three bedroom and it was very spacious and affordable. I do recall the fire alarms going off once but I can't say I have ever lived in an apartment complex that they didn't? ( not sure why that would be an issue?) Pool and hot tubs were great (No glass or alcohol fyi). Workout room was great. Parts of the complex are pet friendly. We lived on a corner unit and it was very quite, we had no issues with other tenants. Walls must be pretty sound proof. Maintenance requests are responded to in a very timely manner, we had a pipe that started leaking in the ceiling and was creating a water/mold spot that was fixed right away! We cleaned the place thoroughly and had the carpets shampooed and we got our FULL deposit back. We also had a dog. We would of stayed here if we wouldn't of moved out of state!

Like the central air, washer and dryer I each unit, underground parking great especially in winter. nice workout room too. I have been lucky and have had quiet neighbors. If you have any matience issues they are taken care of fast. It's nice having the rental office in the building great to talk one on one if you need something and yo drop you're rent off.
