- PHPaige HearnOct 21, 20251.0Over the past 5 years, Campbell properties has put my personal phone number on a sign, they have provided my personal number to the housing resource office to be put on materials distributed to the public, they have continuously given my personal number out to people looking for apartments. When this was brought up to them in the past, staff has stated "just direct them to the correct number." To clarify, I do not work for them. When I've attempted to address periods of high influx of calls (i.e. they have put my number on a listing, email, or other correspondence), I have been told "we can't control if people get our number wrong." I have never rented here, but I would run far away from this company.

In November, the tenant in the apartment below began smoking in their unit, causing cigarette smoke to come up into my apartment. Despite notifying management every time it happened, they took no action and the problem persisted until I moved out.
