  They sent our deposit back late and deducted money for a A/C unit cover that was never at the unit and $100 for cleaning an apartment that was occupied less than 4 months and deep cleaned. Currently working on getting paperwork in order to take them to small claims court because they ignored my attempts at resolving this without legal recourse.

  Over the past 5 years, Campbell properties has put my personal phone number on a sign, they have provided my personal number to the housing resource office to be put on materials distributed to the public, they have continuously given my personal number out to people looking for apartments. When this was brought up to them in the past, staff has stated "just direct them to the correct number." To clarify, I do not work for them. When I've attempted to address periods of high influx of calls (i.e. they have put my number on a listing, email, or other correspondence), I have been told "we can't control if people get our number wrong." I have never rented here, but I would run far away from this company.

  I lived in apartment 421 from June 2022 - December 2024. In November, the tenant in the apartment below began smoking in their unit, causing cigarette smoke to come up into my apartment. Despite notifying management every time it happened, they took no action and the problem persisted until I moved out.
