- IHIan HurstFeb 17, 20251.0We’ve been residents for almost 2 years but the way the parking lot is managed is insane. We have a car parked in the lot of the building we pay for and are being threatened with towing unless we move it. We are completely within our rights to not move a car all winter if that’s our preference. Will update this review if management is able to resolve this issue for us.
- KLKingsley LivingstonOct 3, 20241.0Trying to force you stay and renew your lease is what the representative Blake will do, my lease was signed on December 5th, 2023 to November 30th 2024, on the lease it is mentioned that I have to sent a 60 days written notice as stated on paragraph (3) which I did, notice sent on October 2nd early in the morning after I got home from work, which will make it exactly 60 days and I was told by Blake that I can’t move out I have to stay an extra month and pay extra $200 or renew the lease because I failed to send him a notice when he needed on September 27th, now I am getting threatened with” you will be sent to collections “ for December rent, and he don’t want to connect with my lawyer to discuss about it. So, I will be waiting then. Overall the apartment is ok clean, just a little bit overpriced
