  Beautiful apartment I loved the layout and I was ready to make this my new apartment. But the staff or at least the one who showed me the apartment acted annoyed like showing me the apartment was wasting her time. She takes of a child she had and when I responded back about my children all of a sudden it was like she lost interest in me being a renter. I had all the requirements and was ready to complete application as well as put deposit down. She wouldn't let me complete process with her stating it was all done online but it there was issues with online portal I called SEVERAL times kept being told excuses and never got a call back. Next morning when I called right away apparently she helped someone else complete the process as apartment was off market. I found an exact apartment layout for hundreds less so I'm still happy but Mezzo was my priority choice and I was treated like a waste of time and space. You lost a great renter here and after voicing my complaint to friends I hear one of my friends had the SAME experience who has all kids grown out of house and is a success full time nurse who make almost quadruple what is asked...she said the same lady showed us the apartments and she said she acted stuck up and better then you and sadly that was my experience too I won't recommend this property ONLY due to the way the people in the office acted cause apparently u have to be in their in crowd to get the apartment not just the requirements.

  ZERO customer service skills. The correspondence they send, I cannot open and they know it. It is not uncommon to receive multiple messages I cannot open. I am rehabbing from 3 surgeries so the noise level day and night is never addressed. Mezzo cleaning crew use the handicap spits that they should not. Real people with real needs at tines cannot use them. The complex is NOT worth the money they charge you

  I booked a showing for today with my parents that drove over an hour away. I currently live in Denver so I set up a bunch of showings. When they arrived they showed them one site but not Mezzo. I told my parents to call and go back BC I had it confirmed on the email. They went back and told them they couldn’t today and to come back Thursday or Friday. I’m not making my parents drive another 1 1/2 hrs when I had this booked. 🥺😩
