  Horrible management. One of the managers lied and said we refused a tour, we said we would prefer them to come at 5 instead of 3 so we could be home and make sure no valuables are stolen without them seeing or knowing. We also have a cat so we would’ve preferred to be there in case anything happened. She said she’d call us back to let us know and never called back then lied and said we refused a tour. The parking here is also horrendous if you’re trying to make a parking spot after 5 it’s almost impossible. They never ticket people who park in the entrance areas either. The garages can also be easily broken into when any key. We pay $1,115 in rent and can barely trust the managers, parking, or garages 10 out of 10 don’t recommend.

  This has been the worst experience I've ever had in an apartment. The apartment itself is luxury but management is extremely unhelpful, unprofessional, and under trained. 1. I was given the wrong move in time and had to change my uhaul 2. Packages are often stolen out of the mail room, even with cameras because the thieves are never caught. Management also refuse to allow packages to be delivered to the office so you’re basically out of luck for package security. 2. I was not told about maintenance requests put in by management when I moved in so randomly had maintenance crews show up to fix things that were broken when I moved in. 3. They tried to charge me a late fee my first month after handing a check to management who told me I wasn't able to pay online my first month. Then tried to blame me in the email exchange. 4. I've given numerous complaints about my upstairs neighbors with no help at all. The solution to my upstairs neighbors that was given to me by Samantha in management was to apply for the apartment (Mezzo) across the street since they had a third floor opening and was owned by the same management. I applied, paid the $500 deposit + $40 application fee, and even paid $400 to break my Grayhawk lease because my upstairs neighbors are so awful and management was doing nothing to help. After paying all of that, I recieved a phone call from a very unprofessional "manager" Lexie who told me I couldn't actually apply for Mezzo since I lived in Grayhawk and she didn't know where I got my information from (I still have the emails from Samantha telling me to apply). So now not only am I stuck in Grayhawk under horrid neighbors, but they also kept my application fee and I was told I would not get that back. I asked for a call from her manager to which I never got, I actually recieved a phone call from Lexie the next day saying she talked to her manager herself and they said I wouldn't get my $40 back even though it was their error. Save yourself the headache and nightmare and apply to anyone but Campbell management apartments.
