One of the managers lied and said we refused a tour, we said we would prefer them to come at 5 instead of 3 so we could be home and make sure no valuables are stolen without them seeing or knowing. We also have a cat so we would’ve preferred to be there in case anything happened. She said she’d call us back to let us know and never called back then lied and said we refused a tour. The parking here is also horrendous if you’re trying to make a parking spot after 5 it’s almost impossible. They never ticket people who park in the entrance areas either. The garages can also be easily broken into when any key. We pay $1,115 in rent and can barely trust the managers, parking, or garages 10 out of 10 don’t recommend.

- RRRyanDec 24, 20201.0Applied for an apartment, paid a deposit and wait weeks to hear back from management. By that time I had tried to contact them SEVERAL times, stopped by... never had any luck. Finally found a new place. About 3 months later they cashed the $500 deposit for an apartment I never moved into and couldn’t get a hold of management to make it actually happen. I will NEVER look at an apartment managed by SMR Management again. They basically stole my money!
