- TSt. SchwartzJan 29, 20253.0Pros: Great for for being in the heart of Downtown Fargo, nice views, central air works great, barely any noise from neighbors/ramp, pet friendly Cons: It is worth paying a premium for Downtown but they charge $200-300 a month more than what they provide in amenities and service. Have to pay $140 for one parking space in the ramp and there is a waitlist, RUBS utilities system, no workout space, cheaper cabinets/appliances/floors/trim/etc. that broke or scratched easily, key fobs randomly stopped/started working, trash/recycling chutes almost always blocked, there is a lot of noise from the Fire Department and Salvation Army being on the same street, Management is responsive but tends to be dismissive if issue makes the property look bad (had packages delivered but not received and was told it's my fault and I need to deal with it). Biggest con: Expect to move in to a not clean apartment and to lose the damage deposit no matter what. When we moved in, we had photographic evidence of the apartment being unclean, paint being places it shouldn't, door handles not working, cabinet drawers being offtrack, and drywall/spackle covering the windowsills, trim, and floor. We cleaned it thoroughly before move out; it was cleaner than when we moved in but we still owed them money for "cleaning services". Just bite the bullet and hire their recommended cleaner.

Besides, its repair service is fast and convenient. It's great to enjoy a lot of downtown events like the farmers' market and the Parade! I love Fargo, and I love Dillard Apartments!

- RGRebekah GuruléMar 15, 20215.0I would highly recommend this apartment to everyone. It is clean, secure, and all-inclusive pricing (water, heat, electricity, wifi, cable, trash, sewer, etc.)! You can pay rent and enter work orders online and through an app on your phone. Management and maintenance are very responsive!
