- PPpeachAug 18, 20251.0This property has some of the most inconsiderate tenants. The police have been called out several times to break up the same loud party being hosted in one of the garages. They play loud music with thumping bass for hours on end, they yell and scream late into the night. Their guests park EVERYWHERE surrounding the property, including in front of other tenants garages and in the driving lanes, often preventing people from getting through. Living near the Blackstone apartments has been incredibly frustrating because of this. I can’t imagine that other tenants haven’t reported this to Campbell, but nothing ever seems to be done about it.
