  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Tanya Decker and her team are absolutely incredible! She truly deserves the title “Doctor of Mortgage” there’s no problem she can’t solve. What impressed me the most was how quickly everything moved; we were cleared in just 10 days! Whenever someone else said no, Tanya said yes and made it happen. Her knowledge, professionalism, and dedication made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I can’t recommend Tanya and her team enough they go above and beyond for their clients!

  The absolute best there is hands-down!!! We tried 3 different lenders before talking to Tanya and her crew. We had a sticky situation due to a laps in work we kept getting pre approved But the complexity of our situation wasn’t getting us past the final approval. The 3rd lender we tried Could get us approved but we had to put 25% down with a 6.75 interest-rate. Well let me tell you not only did Tonya get us approved and get us our loan. pretty much problem free smooth selling we only had to put 3% down with an interest rate of 4.75. We will be forever grateful for assure mortgage. I would never waste my time with any other broker or Lender in the state of North Dakota again they are hands-down the absolute best no questions asked Tanya tells you she can get you your loan she’s getting it for you. These people are the best of the best and so kind and helpful they actually really do care and take pride in what they do. I will recommend them to anyone and everyone that I know. If your reading these like I did before I called praying for a Miracle make that call you Don’t need to read any other reviews from any other company everything everyone is saying on here is true give them a call they will get you into your dream home.
