- VVVadim VerenichJan 30, 20265.0We moved into our new home in Hillcrest Ranches at the start of the year and couldn't be happier. The entire journey - from signing the contract to closing - took about 7 months, with the actual construction completed in just about 4 months. The process was smooth and very positive. Alan Solotky was a great help during the initial stage. He explained all the options and possibilities in detail, helping us choose the perfect fit for our needs. During construction, we were in constant contact with Brian Hughes. Brian and his team (Isaiah) are true professionals. They provided comprehensive answers to all our questions, and the weekly photo reports on PhotoCircle were a fantastic way to follow the progress. We love the house: the layout is excellent, the construction quality is high, and the interior fittings are great. The location is quiet and peaceful—a perfect trade-off for being a bit further from the main shops. Highly recommend this team!
