  Schedule a showing and drove 1 hr and 30 min just to be unable to get in.

  Brian responded quickly to my initial request for information on services and was helpful answering questions about the company and process. Once I agree to services, I was connected with an account manager and a property manager through an automated system (there was a 10 day lag in response due to making the request on the Friday before Thanksgiving week). I’ve had difficulty getting responses on Friday, Saturday and Sunday to time sensitive matters, so their system of escalating messages or having someone available to respond on weekends and around holidays is needed. This included trying to get a response through Rentredi, direct email and phone.
