  The ladies in the office are the best. They helped me get qualified for my first apartment. This is definitely the place you want to call home if you're able 5 stars for sure Thank you Leslie, Michelle , Alex never stop caring. You are all amazing.

  This apartment complex use to be really nice but the walls are thin. You can hear your neighbors conversations, using the bathroom and many other things. Ceiling are thin as well can hear the people above you and their every step. They do maintenance checks very often and the money isn’t worth the price to stay here.

  We've lived here for several years and have had a consistently positive experience. It's in a central, safe location with easy access to the highway and downtown Winston.The maintenance team is responsive and professional, but what really sets this place apart from others is the management. Lauren, Sam, and the rest of the team have gone above and beyond for us more times than we can count, including helping with urgent issues after hours. They're approachable, responsive, and genuinely care about the residents and the community. Having that kind of support makes all the difference when renting. Highly recommend this place! We will miss the Link!

  Not one to leave reviews often, but after just moving out this weekend, I had to share. My experience with Link Apartments Brookstown was awesome. After coming from a previous nightmare of an experience with a different apartment complex downtown, I have nothing but positive things to share about my time here. The office team is outstanding, and was incredibly accommodating with the number of miscellaneous requests we had. The maintenance team was also super friendly and helpful, any maintenance orders we submitted were handled the same day or next. Will definitely miss this place, thanks again guys!

  I’m new to North Carolina and have been searching for the right place to call home; somewhere with great amenities, a beautiful aesthetic, and a strong sense of community. After speaking with several leasing offices, I can confidently say that Dani has been one of the most impressive and helpful leasing professionals I’ve encountered. From the moment she answered the phone, she brought a level of warmth, professionalism, and attentiveness that immediately stood out. She not only answered all of my questions, but also took the time to explain the leasing process in detail, made sure I understood what to expect, and provided valuable insight into what makes the community special. She even followed up with additional details without me needing to ask; which showed me that she genuinely cared about helping people feel confident and informed. As someone navigating a big move, it made a huge difference to feel like I was speaking to someone who truly enjoys what they do. My decision to apply was heavily influenced by my interaction with Dani. She made what could’ve been a stressful process feel easy and welcoming. We need more leasing professionals like her in the industry. I’m excited for this next chapter of my life; and I already love what I’ve seen and experienced at The Link Brookstown!
