Ceiling are thin as well can hear the people above you and their every step. They do maintenance checks very often and the money isn’t worth the price to stay here.

It's in a central, safe location with easy access to the highway and downtown Winston.The maintenance team is responsive and professional, but what really sets this place apart from others is the management. Lauren, Sam, and the rest of the team have gone above and beyond for us more times than we can count, including helping with urgent issues after hours. They're approachable, responsive, and genuinely care about the residents and the community. Having that kind of support makes all the difference when renting. Highly recommend this place! We will miss the Link!

After coming from a previous nightmare of an experience with a different apartment complex downtown, I have nothing but positive things to share about my time here. The office team is outstanding, and was incredibly accommodating with the number of miscellaneous requests we had. The maintenance team was also super friendly and helpful, any maintenance orders we submitted were handled the same day or next. Will definitely miss this place, thanks again guys!

The building is under renovation, and the part of the building I was renting would soon be affected, Lauren and Sam hit it out of the park with me by upgrading and moving me to a new apartment in the building. Bigger and better. Those two are super amazing. If you are looking for somewhere to call home in downtown Winston-Salem, Nc, Link Apartments Brookstown is the place to do it. They will take care of you.
