  Pam was great in helping get my home. I love my new home but just wish I knew more about the cost to grade and level the yard, sewing grass etc. Other than that I am happy to be a home owner!! Thank you Pam

  Really phenomenal all the way around, from beginning to end- we worked with Pam who we found to be very knowledgeable of all aspects of the process, very responsive to questions and concerns, and very patient with all of our indecisiveness. We already owned land that had a septic and well on it, so it was deciding on which model and navigating the process that was complicated by an irrational neighbor who opposed it. Pam and the rest of the crew were awesome in helping us through all of that. They clearly enjoy their work and are committed to delivering fantastic customer service-Highly recommend!

  Ruth is amazing, always so helpful and kind/caring. Even when she is busy she still makes it seem personable while still being professional. Always a great experience with her, if you’re ever in need of help definitely look for Ruth.

  I purchased my home through this location and had the absolute pleasure of working with Pam. From start to finish, everyone was amazing to speak with and work alongside, but Pam exceeded all expectations. She went above and beyond to make sure all of my needs and wants were taken care of, and her dedication did not go unnoticed. I am truly blessed and thankful to have my home and such a positive experience.

  I’ve lived in my Clayton Home for a year and a half now and I still love it as much as the day we moved in! Ruth was so wonderful. From the purchase process to even now, she still checks in with me to see how my family and I are doing and how we’re liking our home. Ruth is an asset to this team and I’m so very glad I met her. I almost didn’t go with Clayton after a bad experience with rude staff at the Mt. Airy office (they acted like I was bothering them and had no interest in showing me their homes), but I decided to give the Winston location a try and Ruth made me feel like my business was valuable to her and my happiness was her priority. If you’re interested in a Clayton Home be sure to ask for Ruth!
