We were in the area for the boat show this weekend and swung in for a quick tour and to check things out . Brittany and Jasmine were wonderful , we even had the chance to meet one of the maintenance staff members (Antane) while he was on site Saturday morning taking care of the magnificent pool and outdoor area , he really had things looking great . Great looking property and super helpful and friendly staff . Thanks again .

I want to give the Met 5 stars because I absolutely love living here but there are some major issues that haven’t been resolved or shouldn’t even be happening when the building is less than 3 years old. The internet goes out minimum once a month for 24 hours, or longer. You absolutely need hotspot on your phone if you work from home and live in this building. Additionally elevators are constantly broken, not sure how 2 year old elevators can break so often and take so long to get fixed… If you are chill and able to over look these issues, have a hotspot and just want to live downtown in a beautiful apartment you will love it here, as we have! But the Met definitely has some issues to work out and they don’t seem urgent to resolve these.

I love living here! It's a beautiful complex! Jasmine and Nesheeka made the move-in process so smooth and are always happy to help with anything you need.

It’s a lovely place to live for sure. I was soo excited to move here for the experience that it seemed to offer. I should have ran my very first day. I got my keys on move in day and was very surprised/shocked to see that the lay out was not what they promised. I had movers already at my old apartment and now I had to pay the extra to wait while that was figured out . They offered me 2 apartments that were not an equal trade. The best solution they came up with was to move in and wait for the right apartment and then I could move in that one. However, due to new issues when I brought it up management didn’t have a clue what I was talking about.
They gave me wrong information on parking, causing me to pay a tow fee and management just shrugged and said too bad when I asked for reimbursement. When I called back the next day to inquire again, a different person responded with,” yea well that’s been happening a lot lately, some of old management has been telling people that they could park there.” Still no resolve
Then, this last straw, I was promised to have the Perch ( basically its grand amenity) I emailed in February and called soon after because I really wanted to secure this date. We went on for 30 minutes about how excited I was and could I pay the deposit now. She said they couldn’t accept deposits yet but I was first to call. I made a joke about not misplacing the paper because that would be just my luck. Well.. they did ! And gave it to someone else and was met with the same lack of concern.
Honestly, I could have picked another place to live with BETTER amenities for the price I’m paying. And I wouldn’t be woken up in the middle of the night with false fire alarms and shotty internet.

I wanted to like living here, but this complex has become more frustrating than it is worth.
Parking is one of the biggest issues. Residents already have to pay to park, but during events the situation gets ridiculous. Guest parking prices nearly double, if you can even find a spot. Event staff regularly take over large sections of the paid parking, leaving residents and guests with nowhere to park. There are barely any free spaces available at all.
The constant events are another problem. There seems to be something going on nearly every week, which creates huge crowds, traffic backups, and even traffic directors blocking the entrance to the complex. Getting in and out becomes a hassle for people who actually live here. Not even going to mention how the triathlon blocked off the entire complex for 12 hours.
LMS towing is also extremely aggressive and unethical. It feels like they are waiting for any excuse to tow or boot people, even when parking is already impossible because of the event setup. Even when guests pay, the rules, signage, and availability are often unclear, leading to tickets, towing, or $160 boots.
On top of that, people set up random quick-sale stands in the middle of the traffic circle, which just adds to the congestion and chaos.
false alarms, emergency systems going off unnecessarily, and elevators or access systems staying broken for days. The basic amenities are unreliable too. The Wi-Fi goes out all the time.
